This is the part where we talk about how I can help you.

All my sessions are distant therapy right now - via Zoom or Skype.


The first session will be an initial assessment, we will discuss where you are now and where you would ideally like to be. We will talk about your history, it is important that I find out as much about you as possible so that sessions are tailor made for you. Typically this will take approximately 90 minutes. 

The sessions thereafter will last 50 minutes, we will work together to help you to create new neural pathways which will re-wire the brain, when you are deeply relaxed, I will give your subconscious mind helpful suggestions, designed to lead you to positive changes.

The number of sessions you will need depends on a variety of factors, I find that most issues are addressed between 3-6 sessions. We will work together and the sessions will stop when you are ready. 

Hypnotherapy works, it can be amazingly powerful. However it is not an instant miracle cure, it still needs commitment and practice on your part. It is a partnership, where we work together to overcome an issue.

When you know someone has your back not only do you take that first step with confidence, but the additional steps down that road come from a place of certainty and intention. No one is going to make these changes for you, believe me I know, there is no magic answer. It can only come from you and I want to help you make them.
